corneal maps

Corneal mapping is an investigative tool to scan and record the surface of the cornea. By noting the shape and curvatures of the cornea the Contact Lens fitter is able to prescribe a suitable lens for the patient, as well as to track any changes due to contact lens wear or post surgery. DiNapoli utilizes this technology for all of its Corneal Refractive Therapy patients (see non-surgical options).
