Insurance Information

DiNapoli Opticians is a provider for many CDPHP and MVP plans, including MVP Gold and CDPHP Medicare Choice. Your member card may list whether or not you have vision or optical coverage. If you have questions concerning your plan coverage, please call your member services.

DiNapoli Opticians IS NOT a provider for Medicare. We will fill and submit all paperwork for you to be reimbursed by Medicare but we do not accept assignment.

Even if your insurance program does not include DiNapoli Opticians we still want to see you! We will be happy to submit to your carrier for your reimbursement.

DiNapoli Opticians is now a provider for St. Peter's Healthcare WageWorks HCFSA.
